This series is designed for land or
offshore drill rigs, heavy industry, refineries, petrochemical
and marine for outdoor hazardous or non-hazardous locations.
Components are enclosed in a heavy-duty
roll cage on an oilfield-type skid. The insulated and enclosed
heat exchanger provides excellent efficiency while maximizing
personnel safety. Options include full automatic operation
from start up to shutdown (pull the trigger to start, release
to shutdown), remote control stations, dump gun or trigger
gun operation, inlet or outlet side chemical injectors as
well as custom designs. A wide range of pressure, flow and
heat rise combinations are available, please contact factory
with your requirements.
Typical specifications:
Motors,
totally enclosed fan cooled, with starter provided in watertight,
corrosion resistant enclosure or for hazardous areas, the
appropriate motor, starter and wiring to meet NEC requirements
for the specified area.
Pump options,
various plunger types such as heavy duty, severe duty and
continuous duty.
Heat exchanger,
5000 psi w.p., 60 kw, 460 volt.
Standard features
include suction strainer, inlet thermal relief valve, unloader
bypass valve, redundant pressure relief valve, adjustable
chemical injection valve, 3/8" x 50' high pressure
hose with quick couplers, shut off gun, lance, nozzles and
formed steel base or fabricated steel base with epoxy coating.
